Each player on the Post-Season Championship team for each age group will be awarded Conference USSSA Championship rings.
Of the regular season entry fee (except specified tournaments), we will allocate $25 from each team entry towards a travel fund to be distributed to the Conference Champions. This travel fund will be awarded to both the Regular Season Conference Champion and the Post-Season Conference Tournament Champion. For the Regular Season Conference Champion, we will award 30% of the travel fund and for the Conference Tournament Champion we will award 70% of the travel fund for their age group.
Travel Money Allocation Example :
This is based on a total of 120 teams participating in 10 total Conference events. If all 40 teams play the minimum of 2 events, that would be 80 team participations. It is easy to see how quickly this travel fund could grow in excess of $5000. For the total division pot to reach $5000, it would take 200 teams or just 20 per event. Both Conference and Non-Conference teams will be calculated in this travel fund.
At the time of their respective State Tournament, the leading point getter from each state will receive a Paid Berth to the State Tournament.
