For "C" Division events, USSSA plays by the standard rulebook with the following exceptions. States may choose to adapt these rules to suit their program:
10 & Under Addendums 1. Teams may play up to 10 players. With 10 players, teams must have 4 outfielders. 2. Expanded strike zone 3. Players may only go one base per pitch on balls NOT put in play by a batted ball. 4. Players may NOT steal home. 5. The Batter may NOT advance on a dropped third strike. 6. Infield Fly Rule is NOT in effect.
All Age Divisions 1. There will be a 5 run per inning maximum. 2. Roster batting is required by all teams.
